The Guidance Group achieves quality certification to ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Guidance quality management system
The Guidance Group has been awarded Quality Management System Certification to the standard ISO 9001:2015. The standard is internationally recognised as the world’s leading quality management system standard and has been implemented by over one million organisations in over 170 countries globally to assure product and service quality for customers.
This standard, set by the International Organisation for Standardisation, is used by certification bodies to assess and certify an organisation’s quality management system as being able to continually improve products and services to meet customer and stakeholder requirements. This achievement gains recognition for and consolidates trust in the Guidance Group’s stewardship solutions for customers in Australia and globally.
