Dr Noleen Bennett is an Infection Control Consultant employed at both the National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship (NCAS) and The Victorian Healthcare Associated Infection Surveillance System (VICNISS) Coordinating Centre. At NCAS, Noleen is the Project Officer for the Aged Care National Antimicrobial Prescribing Survey. At VICNISS, she is the Coordinator for the Victorian smaller hospital surveillance program.

Caroline Chen is a pharmacist within the Guidance Group at the National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship (NCAS). She is also the project manager for the National Antimicrobial Prescribing Survey (NAPS) where she coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of the NAPS in hospital, aged care and veterinary settings. She has previously held roles as the infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship pharmacists at the Royal Melbourne Hospital where she was involved in the establishment of the antimicrobial stewardship service. She also has a keen interest in health program evaluation.

Michael De Sousa is a commercially experienced MBA qualified Quality Manager who leads in the development and implementation of a quality management system to ISO 9001 to improve performance in research, consultancy services and computerised technological products in antimicrobial stewardship for the Guidance Group and National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship.

Dr James is a clinical microbiologist and research fellow for the NCAS. His research has included implementation of antimicrobial stewardship in resource poor sectors including regional and remote Australian hospitals. He was instrumental in establishing the National Antimicrobial Prescribing Survey and continues to provide clinical support and advice for this project.

She is an experienced manager with a long history of working in the pharmacy and eHealth industries. She is also a seasoned researcher with a keen interest in mixed methods research.

Danish joined Melbourne Health as Lead Software Developer in June 2015 and is currently working on the NAPS project. Danish is a web and desktop applications developer/consultant and is a certified Microsoft Technology Specialist.
He has gained extensive experience in the field of software development building small and enterprise applications in different domains including pharmaceutical, education and business process outsourcing.

Ngan-Ha currently works with our clients to set up the Guidance Program, and related antimicrobial stewardship programs where needed. Her background is in Pharmacy, having set up the Guidance program at her hospital, and managed the Medicines Information, Drug Usage Evaluation and Adverse Drug Reactions Management services. She was also Editor of the hospital network newsletter.
